How was this winner selected?
- Every eligible ticket was fixed in a list: confirmed online and postal entries that answered the skill question correctly, where the competition had one.
- The server generated a fresh random seed.
- The seed was turned into a position in the list using a published method that gives every ticket an equal chance.
- The ticket at that position was recorded as the winner, together with the list and the seed, so the result can be re-run.

Re-run the selection with the published ticket list and seed, using the same selection code the server used. It should land on the same ticket.
This shows the winner follows from the recorded list and seed. It does not, on its own, show how the seed was generated.
